    kontron/986lcd-m: Fix PCI interrupt routing.
    
    The current interrupt routing shares interrupt 5 between LPC and PCI which
    isn't possible.
    
    Use IRQ 11 for all devices in PCI mode. Move conflicting LPC to free IRQ.
