    drivers/spi: add support for another Spansion chip
    
    Add the device ID definitions and properties for the SPI chip used on
    the AP148 board (Google Storm).
    
    BUG=chrome-os-partner:27784
    TEST=manual
       . with the rest of the patches applied AP148 boots all the way to
         trying to read the payload.
