    rambi: Set VBOOT_RAMSTAGE_INDEX to point to ramstage image
    
    The ramstage image is the third image in the partition (after ECRW hash
    and depthcharge image).
    
    TEST=Manual. Boot rambi, verify that ramstage image is correctly found:
    "RW ramstage image at 0xffb1dc70, 0x0000f391 bytes"
    BUG=None.
