    rambi: Enable SATA port
    
    Enable first SATA port in Rambi device tree.
    
    BUG=chrome-os-partner:23643
    TEST=TEST=Manual, in dev mode. Verify on rambi that SATA disk is
    detected, and kernel is found + booted.
