commit 983d6bb65fe49b32cbd514d8df0a0142ddf1715a
Author: Vladimir Serbinenko <phcoder at gmail.com>

Kconfig: Don't tell that multiboot tables are for GRUB2

GRUB2-as-payload hasn't used multiboot tables on coreboot for quite some time
due to bugs slipping into multiboot info generated by coreboot and often it's
disabled altogether, so GRUB2-as-payload uses only cbtables.

Apparently libpayload still uses it, so don't remove them altogether.
