    spi: Add support for Winbod W25Q64DW
    
    The W25Q64DW spi part is programatically equivalent
    to the other W25Q64 parts except it operates at 1.8V.
    Just add a new entry with the appropriate ID.

    BRANCH=None
    TEST=SPI controller can program the part.
