    src/device/Kconfig: make help for VGA_BIOS_ID and PXE_ROM_ID more similar
    
    Add to VGA_BIOS_ID the hint about lspci -nn and add to PXE_ROM_ID an empty
    line at the end for better readability in menuconfig.
