    build system: Drop useless variable and dependency
    
    We don't need COREBOOT_ROM_DEPENDENCIES anymore because the dependencies
    are taken care of by the cbfs-files mechanism. REFCODE_BLOB also doesn't
    need to be an explicit dependency.
