Furquan Shaikh (furquan at google.com) just uploaded a new patch set to gerrit, which you can find at http://review.coreboot.org/11909
-gerrit
commit ccdaaf6883d2947d5fc98f0a1bd5c05586fe68a6
Author: Furquan Shaikh <furquan at google.com>

arm64: Remove SMP support
As ARM Trusted Firmware is the only first class citizen for
booting arm64 multi-processor in coreboot remove SMP
