Patch to flash_rom

Greetings,

You have good timing. I was just finishing up a 'universal' flash tool
that can do that and handle payload tags as well (for use with
bootselect).

It also supports block locking/unlocking for devices having that feature.
It has a seperate flash_on utility.

It should be fairly easy to merge in devices from flash_rom.

I'll get that posted soon.
