PCI bus error on VT6102 ethernet

Hi, 

When I tried to enable vt6102 ethernet, i got following error. 
After tracking down the code, I found that it happen because ISR0 (0xc)
register report "PCI Bus error". 
If someone know any clue of the reason, please let me know.
