Non-etherboot, i.e. local hdd boot

Oh, I should add that FILO .3 no longer requires an ELF image to boot. You may use "make bzImage" in your kernel source tree and copy the bzImage that to your IDE device. This is convenient if you don't already know how to convert to an ELF image using the mkelfImage utility.
