Hi,

I appreciate that we only have to do one reset when optimizing HT links:

What I don't like about the whole situation is the fact that this code
does not honour the actually available links but does hardcodes. 
This will break Athlon64 systems _ONCE AGAIN_

Please, instead of removing my comments, do read them - They explain
pretty well why certain code is only enabled for CONFIG_MAX_CPUS > 1
