I've used both
http://www.mini-itx.com/
http://www.linitx.com/
Linitx has tended to be a bit cheaper.
mini-itx.com has a much more interesting site.
I've had no problems with the service from either of them.
They both also sell compact flash + low profile ram. The latter is
tricky to get right when ordering from non-specialist suppliers.
