Linuxbios -> etherboot 5.0.10, is CONSOLE_DUAL possible?

You want some debug messages to be printed with x86 bios calls?

In 5.2 there is CONSOLE_DIRECT_VGA that prints directly to a screen,
and I think that is what you want.
