So you mean the flash_rom is 64 bit?
I think I have tried that Kernel(64bit)+initrd (64 bit) (64 bit lib and 32
bit libs) + flash_rom (32 bit). It's OK.

Yea, we just try to add some more support for different flash parts.
The point is, it works FINE under 32-bits mode but fails in 64-bits
mode. Did you try to flash in 64-bits mode ?
