I add one function incoherent.c
static int ht_setup_chains(const struct ht_chain *ht_c, int ht_c_num);
 and it can only be called by multi-ht-chains init to handle multiple chains

can you review this patch? It definitely won't break anything, but I
want to make sure it fits into src/northbridge/amd/amdk8/incoherent_ht.c
before committing this.
