trying to etherboot via linuxbios a tyan S2885 motherboard

Hi  
 
I am trying to boot linux using etherboot/linuxbios and  
get the following error (last few lines of the console dump): (see below) 
 
Any idea what could be going wrong ? The etherboot+linux image boots fine 
on a arima/hdama mother board. 
 
I am using one of the latest linuxbios source snapshots
