[LinuxBIOS] Feature request - romcc

Hi Eric,

Thanks for the replies.

I am now starting to get into romcc, and I am really impressed. I have
hacked my copy to give me HEX values for constants, but a switch would be
really great.

I can probably be persuaded to implement a switch that changes the default.

For some uses hex values are very nice, for others decimal values are nice,
and there is really no perfect default.
