[LinuxBIOS] Booting windows XP

I am using the ADLO bochs bios, itself.
I have an XP image directed to serial console. The redirection is done at
windows level, i.e. after the windows is loaded. 
Is it very essential that I have to have VGA support in the BIOS to boot
this kind of image?
I am sending you the log which describes the details of the problem. Please
find the log as an attachment.
