[LinuxBIOS] buildtarget error

Adam,

I had a brief look at the epia-m code a few weeks ago and found the same
issues with the buildtarget and compile issues all over the place. The tree
that is there is very broken, and it took me a while just to get it to
compile. I found a number of run-time issues, then I fried my test board! I
am awaiting a replacement.
