[LinuxBIOS] Patch for vmlinux amd64 with mkelfImage

[Lu, Yinghai]

Please check patch attached. It could be applied to mkelfImage cleanly.

Make mkelfImage to take vmlinux in elf64 for amd64

Actually the vmlinux on amd64 is elf64, so parse it and set it back to
elf32.
