We use SMBUS to read/write SPD information. if the mainboard has SMBUS Hub
such as pca9545, you need RC0 and RC1.
Different mainboard has different RC0 and RC1, who defines the two? DIMM

That depends on which channel of the SMBUS HUB does your DIMM on.
