I know the feeling. And it seems like every time I do have some time to 
work on things, something else comes up, or some piece of hardware 
fails. But 3 is also a huge issue as well, most of these companies 
aren't willing to hand out their datasheets to any old joe, especially 
not to be used in an open source project. Of course, more devs is always 
a desire in just about any project. Here, I don't think we could have 
enough devs to keep up with all the new hardware that's coming out, it 
seems like by the time a chipset is supported it's nearly obsolete.
