We need an interface to ADLO, preferably an LB table entry describing
how ADLO can change the settings.
Or we make 0xf0000-0xfffff writable and hope nobody will mess with it.

Yes. The problem with ADLO seems to be it is not even capable of booting
Windows 2000 in Qemu+LBv2 yet. So progress is sneaking
