It's in irq_tables.c usually, and usually at the bottom. For most 
mainboards, this works fine:

unsigned long write_pirq_routing_table(unsigned long addr)
return copy_pirq_routing_table(addr);

Is there any reason we don't patch up get_pir.c to add this, perhaps 
with a note that it might need to be fixed up?
