[LinuxBIOS] Complete and generic 32bit/64bit support

Thanks Myles - I don't want to leave this on the floor, but we probably
won't get any traction on it until Monday.  Ward, if you don't mind,
could you rebase your patches against this one?  If not, thats cool,
I can do it too.
