[LinuxBIOS] [PATH] irq routing on cs5530a/cs5536

[Nikolay Petukhov]

Here patch to support IRQ routing by LinuxBios.
This is necessary for the right setup on the unsupported Linux's chips.
This functionality is include through macro PIRQ_ROUTE in Config.lb.
Tested on iei/juki-511p(cs5530a) and iei/pcisa-lx(cs5536).
