Yes, and it does:

Compilation of arima:hdama is still broken

Long-term solution: someone rewrites the code to use CAR.

Short-term: remove some debugging code until romcc no longer complains
            (trial-and-error) or checkout an older version (I think it
            built fine a while ago).
