I think so.. (at least my multimeter in bip-bip mode shouts loud when I connect
the 2 pads ;-) => that means <5ohms in general..)

This seems a little bit strange for me : the pinout of the C version seems to
replace a floppy disk interface with the spi interface.. When one think that FD
is considered "antiquated peripheral" and spi a "new paradigm" for bios storage,
that would mean that ver. C is "more modern" that ver. D in its design?!..
