Indeed - there is still some question as to where the hybrid 
vm86/seabios or SLOF would live in the v3 ecosystem - I favor having the 
infrastructure live within coreboot itself, because it will be used 
globally by all systems.  I think having it as a payload (even as a 
chained payload) is an additional build step that we don't need.

But thats a future discussion.
