The board has one PCIe 16x slot and one PCIe 1x slot. Why are there
another 1x and 4x slot listed?

Below there is quite a lot of disabled code due to #if 0. I'd like to
avoid merging such code unless it is intended to activate the code
later. If the #if 0 is only temporary, please add a comment why the code
is disabled.
Same for other code inside #if 0 blocks.
