[coreboot] flashrom: Handling of mainboard selection

I think the best bet for mainboard guessing is:
1. flashrom should report all matching mainboards
2. flashrom should ALWAYS ask which of the matches to use (even if
there is one!)

That's a simple way to do the guessing that ought to avoid
accidentally writing the wrong image.
