I asked the same question several weeks ago on this
mailing list.  No one is porting coreboot to the
Menlow Platform, but Ron Minnich did say that others
(like yourself) may be interested in such a port.

Maybe if enough interest is expressed, someone may
start a port to the Silverthorne/Poulsbo (Menlow Platform).
The Intel reference board for Menlow is Crown Beach.
