[coreboot] Unable to flash Pm49FL004

Check in the factory BIOS that BIOS write protect is set to off. If there is
no such option, then you might have to do some work to turn the BIOS write
protection off.  Check the flashrom board enables for other vt8237r-based
boards (epia cn, etc) for hints.
