[coreboot] buildrom: Bump the revision for coreinfo & libpayload

Bump the coreinfo & libpayload revisions - with this, we should be up
to goodness.  This also adjusts the default coreinfo config accordingly
depending on the version of coreboot being used - this is so that v3 users
can see the bootlog and LAR browsers in action.
