Hmm, I'm having some problems with garbage on the serial console, and my
serial init code seems to be in line with both the datasheet and v2, so I'm
probably screwing something up. I'm using 0xffef0000 for the CAR base,
0x8000 for the CAR size, and 0x1000 for CBMEMK. Are those values somewhere
near correct?
