[coreboot] r3650 build service

Dear coreboot readers!

This is the automated build check service of coreboot.

The developer "uwe" checked in revision 3650 to
the coreboot source repository and caused the following 
changes:

Change Log:
Add support for the VIA pc2500e mainboard (CN700 + VT8237R).

Works good enough to boot to a Linux console.
