Hello,
I really need some help here. I have a friend that wrote (with alot of my
help) a great Linux userspace program that enables the tv-out on the IP1000
and RM4100. I have been working on getting this code into coreboot. Here
lies the problem.... he instists on releasing the Linux userspace program
with a GPLv3 licence. Which is great and all but it leaves me in the
crapper because I can't use pieces of that code in coreboot. Even though I
have his permission to release under it under GPLv2. He seems to think that
I won't even need very much of the code in the end, and it may just look
completely different when all is said and done. Anyways could I get some
help with the questions below? The legal stuff is not my strong point...

> non-infringement? Please check with the authorities at coreboot and
> forward their responses to me.
