problem: memtest hangs without any detected memory

description:
I see the DIMM is well configured and coreboot shows the right size of RAM
but memtest cannot recognize they at all.
I also try to launch the memtest from hdd throught seabios. The result is
same.
Where should I check?

Thanks.
