[coreboot] build service results for r4449

[coreboot information]

Dear coreboot readers!

This is the automatic build system of coreboot.

The developer "stepan" checked in revision 4449 to
the coreboot repository. This caused the following 
changes:

Change Log:
Rewrite keyboard driver to actually wait time in ms as specified in the specs,
rather than doing inexact and slow idle loops.
Also improve error reporting in case of problems.
