[coreboot] coreboot for C3/CN400 (Luke)

Hi Guys,

I've made a bit of progress, now getting beyond the basic RAM init.

Uncompresses and starts to run the coreboot core.

Not worth posting a patch unless anyone really wants to see it.

Let me know.

I understand that there are not very many resources available for
Luke, it might simply be too old. Hope something can come out of it
