[coreboot] build service results for r4661

[coreboot information]

Dear coreboot readers!

This is the automatic build system of coreboot.

The developer "stepan" checked in revision 4661 to
the coreboot repository. This caused the following 
changes:

Change Log:
simplify source tree hierarchy: move files from sdram/ and ram/ to lib/
It's only three files. Also fix up all the paths (Gotta love included C files)

in stepan's neck until the issue is fixed.
