[coreboot] build service results for r4691

[coreboot information]

Dear coreboot readers!

This is the automatic build system of coreboot.

The developer "myles" checked in revision 4691 to
the coreboot repository. This caused the following 
changes:

Change Log:
Make CONFIG_HAVE_HIGH_TABLES consistent in where and how it is set.
