[coreboot] build service results for r5373

[coreboot information]

Dear coreboot readers!

This is the automatic build system of coreboot.

The developer "oxygene" checked in revision 5373 to
the coreboot repository. This caused the following 
changes:

Change Log:
Replace sconfig with a C implementation.
(smaller, faster, standard parser generator, no more python)

Provide precompiled parser, so bison and flex are optional dependencies.

Adapt Makefile and abuild (which uses some sconfig file as a
magic path) to match.

Drop python as dependency from README, and add bison and flex
as optional dependencies

in oxygene's neck until the issue is fixed.
