[coreboot] Jetway PA78VM5-H support?

Hello, I noticed that AMD RS780/SB700 support has recently gotten initial
support.

I was wondering if the Jetway PA78VM5-H board is suitable for support?  I've
attached the lspci/superiotool/flashrom outputs.
