Hi,

Please rename the file to match your board so we can add this to serialICE. I 
think you will need to do something similar like this besides new file.

use serialice at serialice.com for further SerialICE patches ;)

I'm not against a change you provided for the original asrock file too, just 
please add comment what it does. I think this was not needed here but some other 
people copying the SB700 code might find it useful.
