[coreboot] [PATCH]Retire newconfig

Hi,

attached patch puts newconfig into retirement. It served us well for
years, but having to maintain two build systems is a burden I no longer
see a need for.
I spare you posting all deleted files with their content, prefixed
entirely with "-", so I ran svn with --no-diff-deleted.
The only file changed was util/abuild/abuild, where I dropped support
for "-o", ie. building with newconfig.
For your service, I added "svn st" output right before the patch, so you
can more easily see what's going on.

Experience with CBFS indicates that committing this patch will lead some
people to migrate that otherwise wouldn't be bothered, no matter how
long we wait for boards to be migrated.

If you really can't move, it's easily possible to stay at the revision
before this patch until you can.
If you require newconfig builds for comparison, it's easily possible to
stay at the revision before this patch.
For everything else, we'll gladly assist you with moving over.
