[coreboot] build service results for r5326

[coreboot information]

Dear coreboot readers!

This is the automatic build system of coreboot.

The developer "stepan" checked in revision 5326 to
the coreboot repository. This caused the following 
changes:

Change Log:
add CONFIG_NO_POST as it is used in the code, and move it together with CONFIG_SERIAL_POST

in stepan's neck until the issue is fixed.
