Right.  Wolfgang is reporting that his VGA card isn't mapped at all if
he doesn't select CONFIG_VGA_ROM_RUN (it doesn't show up as a PCI
device at all).  It should get mapped even if CONFIG_VGA_ROM_RUN isn't
set.
